DOMESTIC: Visa/MasterCard, and Prepayment ONLY (Money Order, Personal Check* or Certified Check) . No American Express, no Discover card, no COD.

     *Personal Checks require a two-week holding period prior to shipment.

FOREIGN EXPORT: Visa/MasterCard, and Wire Transfer* ONLY. No American Express, no Discover card, no COD.

     *Please contact us before making any wire transfers; all transfer fees are customers’ responsibility.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped US Postal Service with insurance and tracking number throughout the 48 contiguous states unless stated otherwise. US States Postal Service and Air/Express Mail are used for orders shipped outside the continental US (Alaska and Hawaii). Average shipping time is 8-12 business days (depending upon which state we are shipping to). International shipping will be calculated according to the weight and size of your order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: In the event damaged merchandise is received, contact us immediately.

LOST MERCHANDISE: If this should occur in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of a non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced.
